This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot confirm whether a warrant exists, recall or clear a warrant, post bond, arrange a surrender, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the sheriff's warrant unit or the issuing court directly.
Need Official Warrant Information?
Choose the office according to the record or action you need:
- General Sessions status: call Circuit Clerk Criminal Records, Warrants, Indictments, Sentencing, and Tickets at 803-576-1939; the main Clerk line is 803-576-1950.
- Agency service questions: RCSD Warrant Division routes calls at 803-576-1469. RCSD does not publish a public warrant search form.
- A missed municipal or magistrate date: contact the court printed on the ticket or notice. Columbia Municipal Court lists 803-545-3166 for warrant questions.
- Personal next steps: ask a licensed South Carolina attorney and the issuing court about an appearance, bond, or request to recall an order.
